Shan Multi Speciality Hospital is a newly established, modern healthcare facility in Amroha, Uttar Pradesh, dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality medical care with advanced infrastructure and a collaborative environment. Hospital is equipped with facilities like X Ray, pathlab, dialysis, CT scan, MRI, Physiotherapy, OT, ICU, Ultrasound, dental and opthalmology etc.
We are seeking a highly competent and compassionate physician, Surgeons & other staff to handle chronic and critical care cases, contribute to evidence-based treatment practices, and collaborate effectively within our multi-disciplinary care teams.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities across various positions, including Physicians (MD Medicine), Surgeons, Pharmacists, Hospital Staff, Nurses, HR, and Receptionists. Day-to-day responsibilities will vary by role but may include patient care, managing healthcare operations, attending to administrative duties, facilitating human resources activities, providing pharmaceutical services, offering nursing care, and delivering exceptional client service at the reception desk. All roles demand precise execution of responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient hospital operations while prioritizing patient and client needs.
Qualifications
- Medical expertise for Physicians and Surgeons in specialized fields with relevant certifications and licenses.
- Knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical practices for Pharmacists, along with relevant certification or licensure.
- Proficiency in nursing care, patient handling, and relevant nursing certifications for Nurses.
- Administrative, organizational, and people management skills for HR and Hospital Staff roles.
- Strong communication and customer service skills for efficient interaction in Receptionist roles.
- Compassion, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities across all roles.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience preferred (Fresh graduates/ Intern encouraged to apply)
